Alcott Germany II / Founder CEO of IDS LLC
Alcott is the creator and Principal of IDS LLC. He’s responsible for the strategic direction and overall operation of IDS LLC’s Consulting service. In 2008, Alcott created the IDS LLC student-centered learning model, and used this approach to develop scholastic solutions for non-profit entities in GA and MI.
Alcott’s experience and passion to drive positive, impactful change for clients enabled him to create innovative process solutions within the automotive, consumer products, telecommunications, and FinTech industries. He holds a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, a Master’s in Education (Curriculum & Instruction), a published book (Real World 101: Student Guide) and certifications in Scaled Agile Framework (IT).
David Germany, I / Chief Operating Officer
David Germany is a Principal owner of IDS LLC responsible for our Process Design, Program Management and delivery service. With over 15 years of engineering management experience in the automotive and non-profit sector, David has delivered process and design feasibility solutions to setup many high-volume mass production facilities up for success. David holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and Master’s in Engineering Management.
Joe Cazeno III / Design and Creative Director
Joe Cazeno III is the Lead Designer of IDS LLC responsible for Creative Direction and visual identity. With over 15 years of lighting design, graphic design & product development experience. Joseph’s skill set includes graphic design layouts, detailed sketches, digital renderings, animations, 3D modeling, mock-ups, prototype modeling, photometric analysis and Revit/CAD layouts. In addition, Joe has managed large scale projects from schematic & conceptual through the design development and construction phases. Joe holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Design with a Minor in Art.
